Recently I went through a terrible breakup from an 11-year codependent relationship. It had me bummed, depressed, and just in a horrible funk. The breakup hurt my self-esteem and my self-confidence, and I wanted to find a way to get that back and work on myself. I started reading dating books and self-help materials, anything I could get my hands on.
Then on Thanksgiving, I found this 3-day men’s retreat masterclass, self-improvement, self-confidence boot camp in December. I decided to accept their invitation, the BootCamp started on December 9th, so I only had two weeks to scramble, buy the plane tickets and get ready for it. I had a fantastic time. It was everythin g I had hoped for and more. I made great friends, learned a lot of great skills, and, best of all, got the break I needed. I got exactly what I wanted to get from this retreat. I even enjoyed some snow.
